These Terms of Service govern your use of Comment Moderator by LackOfSleep ("the Service").

1. Service Description

Comment Moderator is a page management tool that receives notifications and activity from your connected Facebook and Instagram pages, enabling you to moderate and respond to interactions via a centralized email-based system.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be an authorized administrator of the Facebook/Instagram page(s) you connect.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your page access tokens.
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent Meta's platform policies

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that the Service processes page activity data as described therein.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

LackOfSleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, missed notifications, or actions taken on your pages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. You may disconnect your pages and request data deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
